In this article, given that the breath control improves the physical and mental health, we discuss from the viewpoint of health psychology, which proposes the development and promotion of the health program, based on the data of the instruction training. We held a test with 39 students for four weeks, in which they inhaled three seconds and exhaled 15 seconds abdominally, and we measured their subjective stress reactions every week. It was indicated that the devised ways at the introduction stage of learning a breathing method which brings relaxing effect was necessary, as was the practical prescriptions for continuous health practice.}, pages = {93--99}, title = {深呼吸の健康心理学的考察}, volume = {19}, year = {2010}, yomi = {マスタニ, マコト} }
